Olivia & Jay: The West Mill, Derby

A couple of weeks ago I got to shoot the seriously fun and stylish wedding of Olivia & Jay. I'd been dying to shoot at The West Mill for a long time and it did not disappoint... I can't wait to go back!  Such a beautiful setting.  

Apart from the location, little touches, beautiful dress and decor - the flowers and wedding cake in particular were absolutely beautiful. They did the florals themselves and Liv's mum MADE the wedding cake... the day before the wedding. I mean WTF?!  Serious skills!  And she's not even a cake maker by trade.  (I can also confirm that it tasted as impressive as it looked - chocolate orange goodness).  

Then came the dancing and the incredible New York Brass Band who I'd heard so much about.  Again, they did not disappoint. 

Olivia & Jay... I don't think I stopped smiling all day, and you two certainly didn't.  It was such a wonderful day. Thanks for choosing me and I hope you enjoy these previews.  XXX
